Night Watch
A stirred Old Tom gin cocktail with blackstrap rum, East India sherry, a little simple syrup, and Angostura bitters. It is off-dry and fairly strong at about 24% ABV.

Park Life Swizzle
An Old Tom gin and amontillado sherry swizzle with falernum, lime juice, and ginger syrup, topped with Angostura bitters. It is tart, medium-sweet, and moderately strong at about 13% ABV.
- Same: Ransom Old Tom gin and sherry.
- Different: Amontillado instead of East India sherry; falernum, lime and ginger syrup instead of rum; swizzled over crushed ice with Angostura on top and mint.
Have at It
A sherry highball with medium sherry, gin, grapefruit and lemon juices, simple syrup, and Angostura bitters, topped with club soda. It is tart, medium-sweet, and light at about 10% ABV.
