Moon Cocktail
A stirred gin cocktail with amontillado sherry, peach liqueur, honey syrup, and a lemon twist. It is sweet and fairly strong at about 22% ABV.

Stir all the ingredients (except the lemon twist) over ice, then strain into a coupe. Squeeze the lemon twist over the drink and discard. No garnish.
