Cider House Rules
A rum sour with falernum, lime juice, honey syrup, and tiki bitters, topped with hard pear cider. It is tart, medium-sweet, and fairly strong at about 18% ABV.

Stir all the ingredients (except the cider) in a mixing glass over ice, then strain into a flute. Top with cider. No garnish.
